Alan Willaredt, Senior Vice President – Mechanical, leads mechanical operations, focusing on safety, quality, engineering, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Midwest Railcar in 2013, Alan held roles with ACF/ARI in heavy repair operations, developing extensive expertise in maintenance, manufacturing, engineering, railcar regulations, fleet management, repair shop activities, and field services. Alan brings over three decades of industry experience with a strong focus on mechanical and engineering operational excellence to the organization.
