Dillon Redding, Vice President & General Counsel, leads legal oversight, focusing on leasing and financing transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Midwest Railcar in 2025, Dillon was a part of the equipment leasing and financing group at the international law firm Womble Bond Dickinson, developing strong expertise in transactional law and structured finance. Dillon brings a strategic legal perspective and deep experience in equipment leasing transactions to the organization.
