Prior to Tealinc, LLC and Midwest integration in 2025, Nate led strategic sales initiatives and fleet optimization at Tealinc and held leadership roles at RESIDCO and UTLX, developing a strong blend of engineering, operations, and commercial expertise. Nate brings a data-driven, technically grounded approach to the team with deep cross-functional expertise in optimizing fleet performance and supporting growth initiatives.
