Joe Barbieri, Vice President – Fleet Operations, leads fleet operations, focusing on asset movement, fleet performance, and customer support. Prior to joining Midwest Railcar in 2011, Joe held roles with several shortline railroads as well as fleet manager in the scrap industry, developing deep expertise in rail operations and asset lifecycle management. Joe brings a hands-on leadership approach and extensive operational experience, ensuring efficient fleet execution and strong customer support to the organization.
