Prior to joining Midwest Railcar in 2005, Jolene worked in fleet operations at Southern Illinois Railcar. With over two decades of rail industry knowledge and experience, Jolene brings exceptional expertise in railcar tracking systems and operational reporting, along with a highly data-driven approach to optimizing fleet performance and execution, to the organization.
