Jon Sparks | SVP & Managing Director – Operations

Jon Sparks, Senior Vice President & Managing Director – Operations, leads operations, focusing on overall fleet and mechanical performance along with oversight of the IT department.  Prior to joining Midwest Railcar in 2010, Jon held roles at Southern Illinois Railcar Company / SC Rail Leasing, developing expertise in sales, marketing, and fleet operations.  Jon contributes operational leadership, expertise in the railcar leasing business, and a broad understanding of industry best practices, helping drive excellence across the organization.
