Julie Mink | SVP – Corporate Planning

Julie Mink, Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning, leads corporate planning, strategic initiatives, capital refinancing strategies, and enterprise-wide improvement efforts. Working closely with senior and executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and teams across the organization, Julie focuses on driving key business initiatives, advancing growth and capital priorities, and strengthening organizational alignment and effectiveness. Prior to the integration of Tealinc, LLC with Midwest Railcar in 2025, Julie spent 20 years at Tealinc in progressive leadership roles spanning railcar purchasing, leasing, sales and marketing, market research and consulting, strategic planning, and executive leadership, serving as company President. Following Tealinc’s acquisition in 2023 and subsequent integration with Midwest Railcar in 2025, Julie has worked to align culture and unlock team talent through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Julie brings a results-driven, goal and solutions-oriented approach to the organization.
